Mallet Arc Waco, TX

The basin itself

An arc plot is a radius, not a brass silhouette.

The basin takes a mallet, a few rolls, and a grease pencil. It does not take a shape you circled because it looked expensive.

What enters the basin

You bring the mallet that already overshot or stalled. We trace the path the head wants, not the path a catalog printed. Radius is the plot. Head choice is the barge we assign after the plot, never before.

If the trace is tight and the head keeps hanging, the basin is too small for that barge. If the trace is wide and the head sits dead, the basin is too big for a brick.

What stays at the gin fence

  • Catalog silhouettes with no trace
  • A request to "just give me the one on television"
  • A second mallet you want blessed without a pencil
